As you have taken on the masochistic task of explaining this crap, could you hazard to explain the appearance of a truck labeled "Table Scraps", with two-dimensional tires, piloted by twins who keep their eyes closed, as well as what in God's name the caption means? I'd be impressed if you can achieve this without your head exploding.
I've grown accustomed to the truck and the twins (there must always be more than one character witnessing Heathcliff's actions so he has somebody to crack wise to), but I agree...totally stupid.
As for the purpose of the truck, I can only imagine that Heathcliff wants to eat the table scraps, while Twin #1 remarks about his desire to start a franchise of flux capacitor refueling stations, thus denying the cat.
